Q. What do I need to do to have a successful party?
You will need a level ground area free of debris and pet droppings a little larger than the size of the ride.
Follow, Understand, and Sign the SAFETY RENTAL CONTRACT.
Q. Are there weight limits?
No, However, for safety reasons you will want to group the children in age and size order as stated in safety contract.
Too many children or too much difference in size and weight can cause unsafe play.
Q. What kind of electrical outlet do I need?
You need a basic home electrical outlet within 100 Feet of the ride.
If you do not have an outlet within 100 Feet, we can rent you a GENERATOR.
Q. What if the weather is bad the day of the party or event?
Unfortunately, if there is rain or bad winds, the delivery will have to be cancelled and rescheduled.
We also reserve the right to pick up equipment should rain or heavy winds occur during party.
